Oh, I feel so hungry, but I had my meal a couple of hours back. So i feel like having some snack, but I may put on weight. How many times have you killed your urge to eat just because of the fear of putting on weight? Oh! i don’t want to destroy my weight loss diet plan  But, with these snacks, you do not have to worry about gaining weight.
